Executive Assistant III

The Executive Assistant will be responsible for administrative and
technical support for the Director and the Chief Operational Officer of
the Arkansas Center for Health Improvement. Candidate will provide
administrative support by maintaining electronic files and records,
providing coordination and communication with ACHI leadership and
external stakeholders, state agency leaders and the governor's office,
supporting general ACHI office operations, arranging travel for the
Director and COO and processing through the UAMS and ACHI systems,
maintaining travel reimbursement data for the Director, maintaining
updated information in FAC FACTS, keeping the Director current on
continuing education requirements. In addition, the successful
candidate will coordinate meetings, logistics and agenda preparation for
colleagues, entities in Arkansas and nationally, ACHI's Health Policy
Board, ACHI's Administrative Committee, the Arkansas State Agency
Leaders, the Arkansas Hospital Association/Arkansas Medical Society
joint meeting and others. Candidate will participate in workshops and
meetings, take notes, create meeting summaries; assist with content
material, presentations, respond to requests for information, review and
edit written materials, format and create documents, charts, and
graphics for presentations.


Bachelor's degree in Business or related plus 3 years administrative
support experience OR a high school diploma plus 7 years administrative
support experience. Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel,
Microsoft Outlook email and calendar. Power Point preferred.
