Assistant Professor - Counselor Education Center for Psychological Studies

To provide the highest quality education to students in the school counselor education program, including but not limited to mentoring, advising, teaching and supervision. Engage in scholarly work, including research and service to the profession.

Qualifications

1. Experience working as a professional School Counselor.

2. Certified or eligible for Certification as a School Counselor in Florida.

3. Commitment to the professional field of counseling education and school counseling as evidenced by education, teaching, counseling experience, research, and professional affiliations, such as ACA and ASCA.

4. Experience in teaching graduate level courses or seminars.

5. Commitment to developing diversity and multicultural counseling competencies.
