Assistant Or Associate Professor Chemical & Materials Engineering

The University of Idaho’s Department of Chemical and Materials Engineering invites applications for a tenure-track faculty position at an assistant or associate professor level with an emphasis in energy and associated fields.

Preferred Starting Date: Fall 2014

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:
· An earned doctorate degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
· Registration as a Professional Engineer (PE) or potential for registration within five years.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Potential for (assistant professor) or demonstrated (associate professor) excellence in research and teaching in an energy related fields.

Must: Applicants who are selected as final possible candidates must be able to pass a criminal background check.*
