Postdoctoral Fellow, Social Studies Education

WAKE FOREST UNIVERSITY, WINSTON-SALEM, NC. Non-tenure track Teacher-Scholar Postdoctoral Fellowship in Social Studies Education beginning July 2014. Initial term one year with potential for renewal up to two additional years. The candidate will assist the Director of Social Studies Education, and courses will include action research (graduate level), co-teaching social studies methodology and a school-based lab in the fall (undergraduate and graduate level), and in the spring co-teaching a seminar for student interns and co-supervision of interns in the local schools (undergraduate and graduate level), and/or elementary social studies.


Candidates must have a Ph.D. or Ed.D. in hand by the start date. Those already in temporary or tenure-track positions are welcome to apply.
