Assistant Professor, Dimensions Of Leadership

Brescia University College invites applications for a tenure-track appointment at the rank of Assistant Professor in the Dimensions of Leadership program, commencing July 1, 2014. The preferred candidate will possess a doctorate in leadership studies, have a successful record of teaching at the post-secondary level, and show evidence of a solid commitment to scholarly research and publication in the area of leadership. A strong capacity for leading and coordinating academic programs and related activities will also be required.

Qualifications

The successful candidate will be expected to teach leadership courses at the undergraduate level and take responsibility for the Dimensions of Leadership program as well as direct other leadership initiatives at Brescia. The individual selected for the position will seek to make Brescia University College the pre-eminent destination for the study, research, and development of leadership in Canada.
