Executive Assistant To Pvc (international) This full-time, permanent role offers you an opportunity to further develop this unique role to provide excellent Executive Assistant support to our Pro Vice-Chancellor (International), oversee office management for the wider international team, and organise events for our international students, including international student orientation. You will also thrive on providing leadership and management to the Victoria International Reception to ensure a high level of customer service is delivered and maintained.
You will be a self-starter, highly organised, and energised who will relish working autonomously as well as being part of a high performing team.
QualificationsExcellent interpersonal, communication and time management skills are essential, as well as proven ability to prioritise competing tasks while working under pressure within a team environment. You will have the ability to “think outside the square” and be proactive, flexible and positive in your approach to different situations.
