Professor In Materials Characterisation

The University of Manchester seeks to appoint an outstanding individual to provide leadership in the field of materials characterisation. You will join a world-leading research centre in microstructural characterisation, with considerable expertise in developing and applying these techniques to a broad range of conventional and advanced materials, including: semiconductors and low dimensional materials, metals and alloys for aero and nuclear applications, energy materials, functional and structural ceramics, polymers and biomaterials.
Salary will be negotiable according to relevant experience.
